All of the information in this website is carefully checked and updated on a regular basis. No warranty is undertaken for the correctness, actuality or completeness of the contents offered in these internet sites, which may be subject to alterations and errors. Access to and use of this website and any information contained or referred to therein lie within the sole responsibility of the user. References to external internet sites are characteristic elements of this website. Any warranty or liability for the contents of such external websites or changes thereof is expressly excluded. The use for commercial purposes as well as the reproduction and distribution of the content in this website is prohibited.

The Privacy Statement applies, which can be found at http://www.mozart.wien/datenschutz_en.php and which was accepted by the customer at the time of booking by setting a separate check mark.
Ticket reservations at the Wiener Mozart Orchester Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH on our website, hotline or as e-mail are compulsory.
After submitting of the order on our website you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice. If you order successfully a group booking on our website, the system provides a notification of availability. The payment of the invoice occurs with the medium of exchange you chose. The delivery of your tickets occurs with the delivery option you chose.
Tickets for children, pupils and students
No admission for children under 5 years of age. Minors from 5 up to 18 years and ISIC card holders up to 27 years get tickets with a 50 % discount. Please consider that discounted tickets are only valid with personal presentation of a photo ID (no copies) or with personal presentation of the valid ISIC card.

VISA, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay
Cancellation
The cancellation of tickets for events of the Wiener Mozart Orchester Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH is explicitly excluded. Ticket orders (without dinner packages) submitted on our website can be cancelled within 12 hours before the concert without any cancellation fee. Ticket orders in combination of a dinner package submitted on our website can be cancelled within 48 hours before the concert without any cancellation fee.
After this time period, a cancellation is not possible anymore.
If you want to change a reservation to another day, you can rebook without any fees – depends on the availability – within 48 hours before the concert you booked first.
Please consider the return of e-tickets is explicitly excluded and a cancellation is not possible.
Return of tickets
A refund for tickets which were not used or just partly used (e. g. being too late for the concert) or for lost tickets cannot be granted.
Duplicated tickets
If you lost your tickets, it’s possible to receive duplicated tickets in the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra. Please bring the confirmation of purchase to receive the duplicated tickets. If the original tickets were shown at the concert, the duplicated tickets lose their validity.
Changes of cast, date and/or program
Performances are subject to changes of cast, date and/or programme and such changes shall not create an entitlement to return tickets of admission.
House rules
With the purchase you accept the house rules of the respective venue. The organiser reserves the right to refuse the admission due important resons. Audio and video recordings and the use of mobiles are strictly prohibited during the performance. Coats, jackets, umbrellas, backpacks etc. have to be left at the wardrobe. It’s prohibited to bring any animals, except for official guide dogs.
Additional Terms of Business based on the current COVID-19-regulation of the Austrian government.
The concert venue may only be entered with a valid ticket and a upon presentation of a valid entry certificate (based on current local legislation).
All guests visit the concert at their own responsibility. Guests may only visit the concert if they are free from any COVID-19-related symptoms and can present an entry certificate based on the current admission policy.
We may deny entry or expel those guests that appear to have any COVID-19-related symptoms even if those guests have valid tickets.
All visitors must wear a facemask during the stay in the concert venue.
All visitors must follow the guidance system of the concert venue.
Changing seats in the visitor’s room is strictly prohibited even if other seats remain empty.
Resale and unauthorized transmission of personalized tickets is explicitly prohibited.
In order to acquire a ticket for any concert in 2021, you voluntarily provide your valid contact data so that local authorities may contact you in case of a COVID-19-infection related to the concert. Personal data will only be forwarded upon request of the local authorities.
Guests need to assure to provide name and contact details of their accompanying person in case of being contacted by local authorities due to a COVID-19-case during the concert.
