References to external internet sites are characteristic elements of this website. Any warranty or liability for the contents of such external websites or changes thereof is expressly excluded. The use for commercial purposes as well as the reproduction and distribution of the content in this website is prohibited.

Ticket reservations at the Wiener Mozart Orchester Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH on our website, hotline or as e-mail are compulsory.
After submitting of the order on our website you will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice. If you order successfully a group booking on our website, the system provides a notification of availability. The payment of the invoice occurs with the medium of exchange you chose. The delivery of your tickets occurs with the delivery option you chose.
Tickets for children, pupils and students
No admission for children under 5 years of age. Minors from 5 up to 18 years and ISIC card holders up to 27 years get tickets with a 50 % discount. Please consider that discounted tickets are only valid with personal presentation of a photo ID (no copies) or with personal presentation of the valid ISIC card.

The cancellation of tickets for events of the Wiener Mozart Orchester Konzertveranstaltungs GmbH is explicitly excluded. Ticket orders (without dinner packages) submitted on our website can be cancelled within 12 hours before the concert without any cancellation fee. Ticket orders in combination of a dinner package submitted on our website can be cancelled within 48 hours before the concert without any cancellation fee.
After this time period, a cancellation is not possible anymore.
If you want to change a reservation to another day, you can rebook without any fees – depends on the availability – within 48 hours before the concert you booked first.
Please consider the return of e-tickets is explicitly excluded and a cancellation is not possible.
Return of tickets
A refund for tickets which were not used or just partly used (e. g. being too late for the concert) or for lost tickets cannot be granted.
If you lost your tickets, it’s possible to receive duplicated tickets in the office of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra. Please bring the confirmation of purchase to receive the duplicated tickets. If the original tickets were shown at the concert, the duplicated tickets lose their validity.
Changes of cast, date and/or program
Performances are subject to changes of cast, date and/or programme and such changes shall not create an entitlement to return tickets of admission.
With the purchase you accept the house rules of the respective venue. The organiser reserves the right to refuse the admission due important resons. Audio and video recordings and the use of mobiles are strictly prohibited during the performance. Coats, jackets, umbrellas, backpacks etc. have to be left at the wardrobe. It’s prohibited to bring any animals, except for official guide dogs.
Additional Terms of Business based on the current COVID-19-regulation of the Austrian government.
The venue may only be entered with a valid admission ticket and after presentation of proof of low epidemiological risk. Mouth-nose protection must be worn throughout the venue. According to valid regulations, proof of a low epidemiological risk is defined as follows: For the purposes of this regulation, evidence of a low epidemiological threat is evidence from an authorized body of a negative result of an antigen test for SARS-CoV-2, the collection of which must not have occurred more than 24 hours ago, evidence from an authorized body of a negative result of a molecular biology test for SARS-CoV-2, a medical certificate of infection with SARS-CoV-2 confirmed by molecular biology within the last 180 days, a certificate of segregation if issued to a person known to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 within the last 180 days prior to the scheduled test,
Evidence of neutralizing antibodies not older than 90 days. Proof of a second vaccination given with a centrally licensed vaccine against COVID-19, which must not be older than 270 days, or vaccination starting on the 22nd day after vaccination for vaccines where only one vaccination is scheduled, which must not be older than 270 days, or vaccination provided there was a positive molecular biology test for SARS-CoV-2 at least 21 days prior to vaccination or proof of neutralizing antibodies prior to vaccination, which must not be older than 270 days.
Attendance of the performances is at the participant's own risk. Performances may only be attended if the relevant COVID-19 symptoms are completely free. Visitors without stable health and without evidence of low epidemiological risk will be denied entry to the venue despite having a valid ticket.
Sufficient disinfectant is available in the entrance area and sanitary facilities.
All guests must adhere to the venue's visitor guidance system.
Switching to other free seats in the visitors' area is strictly prohibited.
Resale and transfer of already personalized tickets is prohibited.
Personal data taken for the purpose of legal contact tracing will be disclosed to the authority only upon its request.
Guests must ensure that they are able to immediately provide the names and contact details of their escorts when contacted by the authorities in the event of a COVID-19 case.
